Extreme Makeover: Lighthouse School
TENNESSEE
During the Great Flood of 2010, the Lighthouse Christian School building was swept away, and seen floating down Interstate 24 in Nashville. The Extreme team rebuilt the private school with a playful color exterior color palette and different themes for each classroom.
The unique design showcases a light reflecting column, projecting teacher-inspired words on the outside wall of the school. We wanted the architecture to represent the mission inside and be a beacon of light in the community.
